The location of the hotel was excellent, with free parking available nearby on Rue de Lapacca and just a short walk to the Sanctuary. the friendly staff spoke English and provided a kettle and cups in the room for a comforting cup of tea.
The Wi-Fi on the second floor was quite unreliable, and the phone signal in the room was nonexistent.

This hotel was a great value for the price. The room was comfortable and had all the basic amenities we needed, including a private bathroom and good wifi. The staff was friendly and went above and beyond by providing a kettle and cups in our room for a nice cup of tea. The location was perfect, with free parking nearby and just a short walk to the Sanctuary.
No complaints, everything was just fine.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel during our pilgrimage. The staff, a lovely husband and wife team, were friendly and accommodating. The hotel's location was convenient, as it was close to the sanctuary and within walking distance of everything we needed. The cleanliness of the hotel and the good quality of the cleaning service were also notable. the hotel had all the necessary facilities, including a strong Wi-Fi connection, a private bathroom, and a heating system.
Almost perfect. The only downside was the slight discomfort we experienced with the beds.

The staff was friendly and communicated well, offering to store our luggage. The restaurant had good food and reasonable prices. Convenient location between the bus station and Basilica. Ideal for budget travelers. Nice view from balcony.
